Ni torsades de pointes, ni morts subites n’ont été à déplorer... un résultat clinique et une contagiosité significativement meilleurs chez les patients atteints de COVID-19 que les autres traitements

Est-ce que cette dernière publication de l’IHU mettra fin à la polémique  ? ou peut-être faudrait-il redéfinir la notion d’efficacité qui semble être un concept à géométrie variable.

Conclusion
Early diagnosis, early isolation and early treatment with at least 3 days of HCQ-AZ result in a significantly better clinical outcome and contagiosity in patients with COVID-19 than other treatments. Long-term follow-up to screen for fibrosis will be the next challenge in the management of COVID-19.
