La crise du Darfour qui evolue rend plus que jamais cruciale une presence militaire solide au Tchad pour proteger les populations civiles des villes, des villages, et des camps de refugies dans l’est du pays. refuser cette presence et des actions militaires d’envergure contre toute incursion exterieur est tout simplement meutrier. Il n’est plus question d’opposition a un regime, mais de complicite de genocide.
