NO,
legaly NO. I mean that is the claim. It does not have any legal
foundation In the League of Nations, the covenant that was part of the
Versaille Treate, the Palestine Mandate was supposed to be provisionaly
recognized as an independant state, state for everyone, a single state
of all the poeple on that Land, not a state of a particular racial
group.
So the idea and Jew Israel and Jewish State is a a...
