Dear Claire,
I’ve not read each comment you made during the last hours, but France you describe here sounds to be more France during the 60’s than the current one. I know, since three years I’m rather outside my country and I’m probably to young to know how it was when you studied at La Sorbonne...
Anyway... I grew up in the surbubs and I just want to say that everything is different than pictures proposed into the gorgeous TV show at 8 o’clock. Sarko & Co have very well understood that he/they has/have to take all the ways in order to have the power. Even the manipulation. That’s not new : all potential dictators have always taken the same way. Now, you put some bombs in the surbubs, you take the reaction and you say that’s the fault to young people.
As you said... We never respect the vermin cause it doesn’t respect us. Well... Let me say that I dare to hope that justice exists. When you begin to play with matches, you always finish to have burnt fingers, do you ?!
All these words meaning that our bloody world (yours and mine, we live in the same one) is not only made of brambles and nettles. Don’t forget that the real power is inside youth people and that the fair way is just to prepar it good for themselves.
And don’t forget as well that the rain is partially acid.
Take care, dear Madam. Cedric
P.S. : and sorry for my English that you probably find very bad.
